# Privacy Policy — Visionary AI **Effective Date:** April 21, 2026 © 2026 AceTech Digital, LLC. All rights reserved. --- ## The Short Version Visionary AI does not require an account. Your gallery, characters, videos, measurements, and preferences are stored only on your device — we never see them. The only data that leaves your device goes to OpenAI (image prompts), Replicate (video prompts), and RevenueCat (your subscription status). We do not sell or share your data. --- ## 1. Who This Policy Applies To This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Visionary AI mobile application ("app"), operated by AceTech Digital, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the app, you agree to the practices described here. --- ## 2. Information Stored on Your Device The following data is created and stored exclusively on your device using on-device storage. We have no access to it, and it is never transmitted to our servers: - Generated images saved to your gallery - AI-generated videos saved to your device storage - AI characters you create (name, description, reference images) - Body measurements and profile data entered in the Transform tab - Your measurement system preference (metric or imperial) - Your coin balance and usage history - Onboarding completion status Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all of this data. We cannot recover it on your behalf. --- ## 3. Information Processed by Third Parties When you use certain features of the app, information is sent to the following third-party services. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. ### OpenAI When you generate an image, your text prompt and any style parameters are sent to OpenAI's API. OpenAI processes this data to generate your image. OpenAI may retain prompt and usage data per their data retention policies. We do not send any personally identifiable information to OpenAI — prompts are the only data transmitted. **Privacy Policy:** openai.com/policies/privacy-policy ### Replicate When you use the AI video generation feature, your text prompt and selected style are sent to Replicate's API, which routes the request to the underlying video model (minimax/video-01). Replicate processes this data to generate your video and returns a temporary URL from which the app downloads the file to your device. We do not send any personally identifiable information to Replicate. **Privacy Policy:** replicate.com/privacy ### RevenueCat RevenueCat manages subscription and coin pack transactions. They receive an anonymous device identifier, your subscription status, and transaction metadata. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment card details — those remain with Apple or Google. **Privacy Policy:** revenuecat.com/privacy ### Apple App Store / Google Play All payments are processed by Apple or Google. They collect your billing information and transaction details in accordance with their own privacy policies. Information We Do Not Collect We do not collect or store any of the following: - Your name, email address, or any account credentials - Your location or IP address - Device identifiers beyond what RevenueCat requires for subscription management - Analytics, behavioral tracking, or crash reports - Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) --- ## 5. How We Use Information The only data that flows through our infrastructure is the text prompt you submit when generating an image, which is forwarded to OpenAI's API and not retained by us. We use this solely to fulfill your generation request. We use RevenueCat's data to verify your subscription entitlement and grant the appropriate level of access within the app. --- ## 6. Data Retention Because we do not store personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete. If you wish to remove data held by our third-party partners: - **OpenAI:** Submit a data deletion request at privacy.openai.com. - **RevenueCat:** Contact privacy@revenuecat.com to request deletion of your anonymous device record. - **Apple/Google:** Manage your data through your Apple ID or Google account settings. --- ## 7. Children's Privacy Visionary AI is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The body visualization feature is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app in a way that transmitted personal data to a third party, please contact us and we will work with the relevant service to address it. --- ## 8. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA) If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): - **Right to Know:** You may request information about what personal data we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share. As described in this policy, we collect no personal data directly — only the minimal data described in Section 3 flows to third-party partners. - **Right to Delete:** You may request deletion of personal data we hold. Because we hold none directly, no action is required on our end. For third-party partners, see Section 6 above. - **Right to Correct:** You may request correction of inaccurate personal data we maintain about you. We do not maintain personal data, so correction requests are not applicable on our end. - **Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information:** We do not collect or process sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA. - **Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing:** We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. - **Right to Non-Discrimination:** We will not discriminate against you for exercising any California privacy rights. To exercise your California privacy rights, contact us at admin@AceTechdigi.com. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days as required by law. --- ## 9. California "Shine the Light" Under California Civil Code § 1798.83 ("Shine the Light"), California residents may request information about personal information we disclose to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, so no disclosure list is available. --- ## 10. Security Since user data is stored exclusively on-device, the security of your personal information is largely determined by the security of your device. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and using device-level security (passcode, Face ID, etc.). Data transmitted to OpenAI and RevenueCat is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We follow industry-standard practices for protecting our API credentials. --- ## 11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date above.
