This folder preserves the original Visionary AI Privacy Policy and Terms of Service that previously lived at the repository root.

The files were moved without changing their contents. They apply specifically to the Visionary AI mobile application and reference its OpenAI, Replicate, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google behavior. They must not be presented as universal AceTech policies.

Archiving does not revoke or replace any policy that was previously effective for a user or transaction. Any future Visionary AI migration or relaunch must create and approve a Visionary AI service supplement, determine which historical terms remain relevant, and document the effective transition date.
